Description

This paper posits that Ephesians 6:10-17 surfaces a balance in spiritual warfare that can be applied in the Asian perspective on the world of spirits. The believer needs to be strengthened in his relationship with Christ, focusing on his position and victory in Christ. As a result the believer will be victorious in situations where he is confronted with the demonic. There is a need for a balance because of the tendency of some Christians, especially Pentecostal-Charismatics to swing to an extreme error in spiritual warfare – that of overly engaging with the demonic.
