Abstract
Oral Roberts addresses the financial needs at the City of Faith. He shares about how on January 24, 1987 he heard God say to him "you are on the last rung of the ladder and your next move you'll be standing before me. You will answer me why you haven't sent out the healing teams." This statement was the phrase that became a source of controversy.
