Abstract
From the Prayer tower, Oral Roberts shares about the need for funds for the City of Faith. Oral Roberts committed to stay in the Prayer Tower until April 1 to raise the funds to keep the City of Faith open. He addresses the criticisms from needing to raise 8 million dollars in January 1987.
