Woman leadership in ministry has been neither favorably accepted nor legally permitted or properly recognized by many churches. However, Pentecostal and Charismatic churches have acknowledged women’s call to ministry, thus, woman leadership. Pentecostal theology upholds the Spirit’s empowerment for every believer, both women and men. Historically, women leaders have proven the authenticity of their calling, the endowment of gifts, and their effectiveness in ministry. This study brings examples of women leadership among Pentecostal and Charismatic churches.
