Getting to two thousand years ago, our Lord Jesus Christ commissioned his disciples to make disciples of all nations. In obedience to this clarion call, his disciples turned their world upside down by breaking down satanic kingdoms and winning their world for Christ. Following the disciples, there have been many attempts by church denominations, para-church organization, and mission agencies to complete this commission. However, there appears to be still many unreached areas to be covered. Amsterdam 2023, a conference organized by Empowered21, looks forward to 2033, two thousand years after the death and resurrection of Jesus, and two thousand years after Pentecost, to reactivate a new era of evangelism. This study attempts to find out the biblical mandate for evangelism. It begins by digging out for the need for evangelism, and continues with the necessitation for proclamation. Then, it seeks to inquire about the qualifications for evangelism and ends by exploring the various methods of evangelism.
