Abstract
This research undergirds the development of a "Youth Leadership Capability Model." Throughout this literature review, I will refer to this framework as a Youth Leadership Capability Model (YLCM). This YLCM offers a methodology to instill leadership qualities and mindsets in the youth of our communities. YLCM delivers a teachable and measurable set of behaviors through a curriculum of learning modules dedicated to each area of the next generation of leadership.
