Abstract

The CLDR 501 curriculum project develops a graduate-level course focused on cyber leadership foundations, integrating leadership theory, cybersecurity principles, and strategic decision-making. The curriculum is structured across four modules emphasizing ethical leadership, incident response, governance, and reflective practice. Designed for online delivery, it incorporates interactive learning, case-based analysis, and a Key Program Assessment (KPA) to measure leadership development. The project provides a comprehensive faculty implementation framework, including lesson plans, assessments, and engagement strategies, preparing leaders to effectively operate in complex cyber and organizational environments.
