Abstract
This doctoral project designed and implemented the EnvisioninHer Excel Institute (EEI), a faith-based leadership and coaching enterprise addressing the lack of structured frameworks that integrate spiritual formation with sustainable business development for women. The model combines biblical principles, leadership theory, coaching methods, systems design into a scalable program featuring leadership and business development, mentorship, discipleship, digital learning. Built on three pillars—identity, leadership, and impact—the institute delivers a comprehensive business plan coaching model for emerging and established women leaders seeking alignment between calling, leadership, enterprise, advancing the Kingdom of God.
