Abstract
This doctoral project explored how spiritually grounded, community-centered coaching equips couples to build purposeful, resilient marriages. Integrating coaching psychology, positive psychology, and relational theory, it developed a five-week group experience "The Marriage Toolbox" designed to provide practical tools, shared rituals, and supportive community. Addressing the need for accessible faith-based resources, the project identifies belonging, emotional safety, and shared purpose as key drivers of marital resilience. The Marriage Toolbox guides couples toward intentional partnership and offers a scalable model for churches, coaches, and leaders seeking transformational marriage enrichment.
