Abstract

Brewing Boldness is a leadership podcast for Gen Z focused on inspiring confidence through self-awareness to create bold leaders. The podcast takes a holistic approach to establish a baseline understanding of Gen Z to serve as build upon. The podcast assumes that individuals can only change what they are aware of, and that creating bold individuals will result in bold workers and leaders. The podcast asserts that six skills and attributes are crucial for successful workplace assimilation: purpose, vision, authenticity, integrity, collaboration, and faith.
