Abstract

This project developed a Divisional Strategic Leadership System (DSLS) to improve cross-functional alignment and profitability at Pratt Retail Specialties (PRS). By integrating lean principles, data dashboards, and strategic foresight, the DSLS addressed disconnects between leadership and execution. A pilot within the Walmart/Sam’s division during peak season enhanced margin performance and operational stability. This scalable model offers actionable tools to link leadership operations with financial results and long-term adaptability in vertically integrated environments.
