Abstract
A Season of Change explores how leaders navigate organizational crisis, ethical dilemmas, and ongoing disruption in a volatile world. The manuscript argues that crisis is no longer an exception, but a leadership condition requiring discernment, adaptability, and courage. Drawing from leadership theory and practical application, it introduces the concept of “Change Captains” as leaders who help organizations make sense of uncertainty, respond with integrity, and sustain forward movement. Ultimately, the book presents a framework for leading through complexity with resilience, ethical clarity, and purpose-driven influence, thereby strengthening both people and organizations.
