Abstract
This project offered an integration of Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), Human Rights, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ethics into strategic leadership education at the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC). Using Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, Transformational Leadership Theory, Gender Mainstreaming Theory, and the ADDIE framework, the study proposes an interdisciplinary curriculum to strengthen ethical decision-making and operational legitimacy. Through qualitative analysis of defense policy, global governance frameworks, and professional military education literature, the project addresses gaps in interdisciplinary integration and offers a scalable model for ethical defense leadership.
