Abstract
Churches globally face challenges during leadership transitions due to inconsistent practices and a lack of structured onboarding and exiting processes. This leads to instability and hampers their legacy. A four-module training workshop was developed to address these issues, covering Leader Onboarding, Leadership Shepherdship, Succession Planning, and Leadership Exiting. The workshop enhances participants’ skills in onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning, providing a biblical foundation and effective protocols for transitions. Ultimately, it equips leaders to navigate change confidently and implement spiritually grounded practices within their ministries.
