Abstract
This Real Time Delphi (RTD) study explores the long term futures toward 2050 for Gereja Bethel Indonesia (GBI), the largest Pentecostal denomination in Indonesia. It integrated strategic foresight, agency-structure theory and adaptive leadership to examine how leaders interpret and prepare for technological, governance, generational, and socio-cultural change. Thirty eight senior leaders assessed eight future propositions across plausibility, impact and preparedness measurements. Results show string recognition of emerging change but lower readiness, revealing a capability gap between anticipated pressure and institutional preparedness. Divergent rankings indicate multiple plausible futures rather than clear priorities. The study demonstrates RTD's value for anticipatory governance and strategic foresight within faith-based organisations.
