Abstract
The manuscript addresses the critical lack of a structured, theory-driven framework for AI integration in K-12 educational systems. While AI adoption is accelerating globally, institutional readiness remains uneven, and existing literature frequently overlooks organizational governance, pedagogical alignment, and long-term impact. Consequently, this research aims to provide a guiding framework to transform reactive experimentation into strategic institutional readiness. The research employs a multi-theoretical approach, synthesizing the Diffusion of Innovation (DOI), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Experiential Learning Theory (ELT). This framework facilitates 360-degree readiness audits and phased implementation strategies.
