Abstract
Throughout the church and nonprofit sector, few, if any, professional management consulting firms zero in on such a unique industry. This project created a framework for launching a consulting firm dedicated to providing strategic support for nonprofits, churches, and small businesses. The firm Constable & Associates will specialize in executive leadership development, financial planning, marketing, and social media strategy tailored to these organizations' unique challenges. This project detailed a business plan that meets U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) funding requirements. Existing literature highlights the significance of structured business planning, practical market analysis, and robust financial forecasting in obtaining funding. The project leverages these insights to ensure compliance with SBA guidelines. Secondary research is built upon tools like the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas, which are essential for business success. Based on this project, Constable & Associates aims to build a body of knowledge on best practices for small business development and consulting services.
