Abstract
Contemporary advocacy approaches often reveal a troubling pattern, lacking wholeness and leaving advocates spiritually depleted and personally exhausted. Delivered as an online training program, Paraclete is a values-based advocacy framework that weaves spiritual groundedness with practical leadership that creates a bridge between inner wisdom and outward action. The program embraces a sector-agnostic, spirit-led approach to train, equip, coach, and resource people with tools and structures to challenge intransient systems. It blends purpose-driven passion with a practical strategy rooted in faith principles. Via ten cornerstone competencies—from empathy and ethical leadership to resilience and impact evaluation—it provides an integrated route for both new and veteran advocates. In contrast to conventional advocacy leadership education, participants develop clarity, compassion, and conviction, discovering advocacy as a sustainable calling, not just a path.
