Abstract
Addressing the gap between passive participation and transformational discipleship, this project develops a Kingdom-centered curriculum for ministry-based training systems to foster spiritual execution and sustained missional engagement. Based on research, the evidence confirms that ministries have struggled to improve the effectiveness of traditional discipleship models that emphasize attendance and content delivery but fail to produce consistent outcomes in spiritual development, disciple-making, and ambassadorial engagement within believers' private and spiritual lives. The curriculum produces ministry models that shift passive believers to active ones, representing the Kingdom of God in every industry.
