Abstract
Family homelessness is framed as a housing deficit, my doctoral project reframes it as a systems alignment challenge. Housing Hope examines how fragmented housing, workforce, and social service systems perpetuate instability, keeping families cycling without sustained progress. The study introduces the Community Workforce Corridor model, supported by the PATH framework, to organize existing assets within defined areas. Findings show that alignment reduces fragmentation, improves workforce engagement, and strengthens community resilience. This approach shifts focus from creating programs to redesigning systems, demonstrating alignment as the mechanism for lasting stability and resilience.
