Abstract
This work explores the timeless call of servant leadership through the lens of a new generation — one that is redefining what it means to lead with purpose, humility, and faith. Drawing on multiple frameworks, it examines how leaders who once doubted their place can discover that their unique gifting is not a limitation, but a design. True servant leadership is not about title or position, but about stewarding one's gifts in service of others. For a new generation of leaders, this is not simply a model to follow — it is an identity to embrace.
